Through partnerships with corporations, universities, trade schools, and professionals, we aim to cultivate a thriving, diverse workforce driven by empowered and enlightened youth who are ready to lead and succeed.
PROGRAM MISSION
The Follow Your Dreams Lunch & Learn series connects high school students across five Minneapolis Public Schools with meaningful, classroom-style career exploration. Through interactive sessions led by corporate and community partners, students gain insight into organizations, exposure to diverse career pathways, and hands-on experiences that build practical, transferable skills.
Our mission is to empower students to envision their future and leave each session informed, inspired, and better prepared for their academic and professional journeys. To deliver this program at scale,
Be The Change MN invites corporate partners, community organizations, and Student Opportunity Sponsors to participate through designated partnership levels, enabling expanded access, deeper engagement, and greater impact for students across Minneapolis Public Schools.

Empowers Student Ambassadors to lead the event, welcome attendees, and build real-world leadership skills.

Corporate Classroom Partner
Supports direct student engagement through on-site classroom participation.
$2,500
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- Participation as featured corporate classroom partner
- Placement in one school classroom. Additional $1,000 per additional school.
- Direct classroom engagement with 20–30 students per session
- Ability to lead interactive workshop, activity, or career lab
- Option to conduct mock interviews, resume labs, or skill sessions

PROGRAM MISSION
A portion of every partnership donation will be donated to the Minneapolis Public Schools Food Shelf Program for students doing online learning.
All partners help expand student access to career exposure, real-world learning, and opportunity pathways through Be The Change MN programming. Sponsorship packages can be customized to align with corporate and community impact goals.
